Energy resource is regarded as blood that sustains human beings' development. What we human being need to do is to fully utilize the existing resource and to save it as much as possible in daily life, as the non-renewable energy sources like crude oil, coal and natural gas is diminishing day by day.
It is known that the central air-conditioning system sold on the market nowadays controls the temperature of wind by regulating the water supply volume. The room temperature is thus enhanced or lowered. As the device controlling the water flow, the importance of the valve is to balance the water flow.
How to sustain efficient operation apart from providing comfortable environment is the key issue concerned by both insiders and users. In designing the water supply system of air-conditioning, even though the energy conservation and flexibility of the variable-flow system has been widely approved by insiders, constant flow system are still applied in many construction projects. How to balance the constant flow and achieve economical utilization are an important parts of energy conservation.
In air conditioning system, balance valve are divided into static balance valve and dynamic balance valve. Static balance valve is also called as manual equilibrium valve or number lock equilibrium valve, etc. Dynamic balance valve is also called as self-operated flow control valve, self-balancing valve, constant low valve, automatic balance valve and dynamic flow balance valve, etc. These two types of valves can be used solely or together.
The efficiency of HVAC determines the consumption of system operation. Enhancing system efficiency is an important measure to lower energy consumption. The hydraulic equilibrium technology has been applied in over 100,000 projects in Europe, achieving good effect in energy conservation and comfort. If not repaired, the BMS system will lose control affected by the interior influence. Dynamic interior influence changes as the system pressure difference changes. The bigger difference, the larger interference will be. The hydraulic equilibrium technology is the only technology that solves the problem of congenital imbalance and dynamic interaction. Balance technology and traditional BMS control technology need integrating in use to realize the true control.
